…I have. Really. But there hasn’t been an attempt that doesn’t seem, well, self-indulgent. As an adoptive parent, I don’t think that’s the appropriate response, so I’m just going to point to Dawn’s post. It’s about someone, a fellow adoptive parent, who appears to be having a difficult time imagining herself on the other side of the proverbial fence. Go read it and see what you think.
